Helo Mrs Ammad you can include alot of greeny vegetables. Have vegetable soups instead of fresh fruit juices. Limit the consumption of fruit juices where you can eat fruit as whole. Fruit juices are converted into fructose when made as juice which will increase the sugar levels during pregnancy. So you can make soups using vegetables. Have the vitamin and calcium medicines which is recommended by the doctor properly. Keep yourself hydrated. You can have drumstick leaves soup which is a good source of iron which is very much essential during pregnancy. Have dates, figs, soaked and peeled badams daily. You can have tender coconut. Have fish. Try to have more of proteins and vegetables than just carbohydrates. Go for walking atleast half an hour daily. Take care
