My wife is 8week 5days pregnant now,Her diet became very less during morning &at night specially. Hb is 10. 5,so how can manage to handle this situation What should be kept a minimum diet that can not be harm her pregnancy more & when normal life resum

Hi Sunil, glad to see your concern. Give her nutritious foods, avoid spocy and oily foods. Give small quantity of food food at a time with small intervals if she dont feel like eating . Instead of 3 meals make it 4-5 meals. Give lots of fruits and fluids. As its very hot and due to nausea also she might have lost appetite. Give tummy cooling fruits. take a very good care. All the best.
