I can't eat anything if I ate fraction of second vomiting y feel so tried help me

hi anusha! try and take small frequent meals. identify triggers like oily fried food, strong smells or certain products which make u feel queasy.. also at night have dinner by 7-7. 30 pm so that u r able to digest it well. keep yourself well hydrated.. take plenty of fluids.. also consult ur doc, if pukish feeling is way too much and it's affecting weight gain. here is a blog u would find useful! https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/morning-sickness-all-you-want-to-know/802?ptref=sa0l000030g00ma
