Hi Reeta, if you have not booked your ticket take a flight which would suit your baby's routine, wear a comfortable feeding top, do not feed during take off and landing. This will help.

Pls make yr baby have lots of fluids (feeding) as baby is 4months old so can't give anything else, while landing n take off this help baby with earache plus take extra diapers along with you n keep it handy.

Preeti feeding during take off and landing is helpful for baby because it can reduce aeroplane voice and uneasiness of that time.... unless babies cries during that time as they do not feel comfortable..

Preeti , I have travelled recently with 3 month old kid , feed during take off and landing. If baby doesn't take then use pacifiers at the time of take off and landing time.

Pacifiers work well if not then feed while take-off and landing

hiii.... I also travelled with my 3 months baby by flight. Always take window seat at front or at back of flight. Don't take seats over wings becoz loud noise of flight may cause irritation in ears of baby. Always breastfeed baby while landing n take off. Cover ur baby's ears with cotton plugs n cap. Hopefully this will help u.
