what to know more about preschooler food

Hi Sreerakha, While I might not be able to give you a food chart, but here are some helpful tips 1)offer him a variety of food, fruits, vegetables. The more variety he will have, the more variety of nutrients he will get. if one day he has an apple, give him bananas the next, papaya the third and so on 2) if you plan to give him 3 meals and 2 snacks in a day, ensure snacks should not be very big (will ruin his appetite for meal)a helping of a fruit is a good idea 3) make each bite count. add grated or mashed veggies to his roti dough, fruits/nuts/seeds to his curd. add some extra nutritious food to everything he eats 4) cook fresh and cook at home as far as possible. avoid packaged flvoured curd, snacks, and biscuits. they have too many preservatives etc. 5)give him normal food and avoid cooking especially for him. occassions are an excpetion no doubt. but if you plan , to feed him roti subzi in the long run, start giving the same to him. The sooner he understands the food habits of the family, the better it will be. whatever you cook for the family, serve the same to him. hope this helps.
