How prevent myself from Vomit during first two weeks of pregnancy?

hi mahmuda! avoid heavy ,oily, food . have dinner by 7 .30 pm at night and then go for a walk. avoid immediately lying down after having meals. avoid food which makes u feel uneasy and heavy. keep yourself hydrated. have small frequent meals. look for things which aid in digestion.
