Prickly heat at back

Hi Mommies At the back of my baby I can see ghamori (prickly heat) type red dane. But nowadays it's not so hot as it's November. Do you have any idea what it can be and what to do for it?

Hi Vimal, you can apply himalaya baby powder.

my baby had similar kind of red spots , we too thought it was prickly heat. but our ped said that it was an allergic reaction . we were using Himalaya baby products then. we were asked to atop all of them.
