problem with Running nose?

m baby has running nose from past 10days , she got a cold and having ear infection. gave her few medicine including antibiotics. now my baby is pooping twice or thrice in a day as prescribed by doc. and her potty is very loose. I mean we dum patli & kuch sticky si. so want to know should I go to doc again for the potty issue ? n running nose pe Uski ek eye watery bi ho rahi h. toh kya Ye condition bi nrml h??
