Private parts my daughter ihitha 7 yrs. She is keeping hand in private parts in the class. Can u pls suggest how she will forgot.

Hi.. i am a qualified psychologist. .I believe she is growing and as her curiosity towards the world is increasing so is her curiosity towards herself. You could try talking to her about it at home , allowing her to touch the same and answer all her questions about that body part just like you would answer questions relating to any of the other body parts. The sooner her questions are answered and curiosity about the function of that body part is resolved she will stop touching the same. Before getting to this discussion do find out if she is experiencing any kind of irritation or itch or any other discomfort which of course would call for medical assistance. good luck :)
