query related to my pregnancy

I m 15 week pregnant and last week I had my check up. Doctor has just checked on my tummy and said that the growth is not good . so she has asked to continue with the same medicine I. e. for progesterone... and next month if she observes the same thing then will have sonography. she has started anything like iron , calcium, vitamin. ... I m concerned if everything is alright. and starting iron and all let will affect my baby or not ??

hi Monika ! have faith in ur doc. progesterone is essential throughout during pregnancy and so are iron, calcium and other vitamins ...please go through this blog. hope you will find it useful!Hey!
