Don't use diapers.. use destin diaper rash cream.. it's best one.. Use cotton balls and water to cleanse baby's skin or you may use mother sparsh water wipes as a substitute for soft cotton and pure water

I suggest use diapers as they have gel crystals that absorb cloth nappies keep the baby wet thus causing rashes. Also apply Himalaya diaper rash cream it's excellent.. Hope ur baby gets fine soon :)

Apply himalaya diaper rash cream ( work like magic) on rashes area.. Keep them open in noon tym.. So rashes can heal in air. Once rashes recover u can again strt nappies for noon.
