Rash on groin area

Hi moms my LO 6 months old. he got a rashes on groin area ( redness and little blisters) . Some rashes on hands , legs, face. Is it ok. how to treat that rash any remedies or treatment . Does rash can spread all over the body? Pls tell me . I am very worried about it

hi Sree Sri! it could be HFM disease, please consult your doc . avoid any home remedies.
