Hi, i had the same issue when my baby was 2 weeks old. U have to apply coconut oil during every nappy change. Also, u can use sudocream which for diaper rashes and eczema also, buy himalya diaper rash cream for general application in areas covered by diaper. For now, keep the baby clean and dry and apply coconut oil continuously.

Please give some Diaper free time and also make sure to keep the skin moisturised. Use polyester and moisture free wipes.

Diaper free time is important amd also use Mothersparsh water based wipes as it prevents rashes. After applying this massage with coconut oil.
