my baby has rashes in back of head.. on neck side... plz suggest what should I do..

apply coconut oil, or use baby powder after cleaning and drying the area, they happen due to excessive sweat in that region

apply coconut oil or aloe Vera to the rash cream. use wet cotton to cleanse baby's skin or you can also use mother sparsh water wipes.
