Rashes on nose n cheeks

Hi I have changed my baby bathing foam for 2 days then she got rashes n small pimple kind of thing on her nose , upper lip n cheeks.. It's been more than 2 weeks still it did not go away.. I am applying Cetaphil to her from birth .She completed 6 months now.. What should I do ?

Hi Madhvi , stop using the product for some days and check if still the rashes are coming.

apply coconut oil or aloe Vera to the affected area. use wet cotton to cleanse baby's skin or you can use mother sparsh water wipes as an alternate to wet cotton.
