My 9month old daughter is having rashes on her skin. It was initially red and now the patch of the skin has dried and is rough. What do I apply to avoid such rashes and the dryness.

If it's all over the skin then see a doctor. I would recommend Mothersparsh water based wipes and keep her skin moisturised.

You should see a doctor if it's all over the skin. Means try using water based wipes and coconut oil.

Ok jahnabi, if its not all over her body and is in small localised patches u can try homemade things. Clean it and moisturise it.

Yes rashmi even I was thinking so. But it seems like a normal dry skin rash. Hence was wondering if there are any homemade remedies for the same.

I would suggest to visit ur doctor before applying anything on rashes. Its necessary to know d reason of rashes before doing any treatment.

No I didn't mean it's wrong. It just that I didn't know ghee is used for massaging. I have generally used oil.

Yes it's best lucrative and best for dried skin and more towards natural ... In many places in Asia ghee is used for massage of baby. What's wrong in it.
