hey leela u can make variation with sooji adding moong daal or lentils with carrot n beans too easy to digest n healthy too .. boil dal which ever u want n keep it aside roast sooji n then add ghee n veggies geera n whole pepper for spicy flavour n add the dal with water once it starts to boil add sooji n mix well u van do this with leafy veghies too try it but keep the consistency bit semi only
