red rashes in one month old baby

My baby is getting red rashes in face and a bit in body. he is 1 month old. I was using Himalaya oil and lotion but now stopped using that. how many days it will take to go red rashes do I need to go to doctor

hi Priyanka Rajan ! yes u can consult yr doc to rule out any other underlying cause. as soon as the cause is known, treatment would strat giving relief.
