Want to reduce my post pregnancy belly

Hi sarita, it's gud to work on ur body now coz later it gets a little difficult to shed n tuck n it takes time too. It's vry much possible to hav a tucked in belly by doing some ab n core excerises at home n some yoga n u'll c d difference in a months time. Pilates r gr8 too n can b done at home without to many equipment. My favourite is Denies Austin, you can buy her cd online n workout 2 sections a day with just a pair of dumbles use like 1 or 2 kgs. But before u go ahead with any kind of workout, please get in touch with ur gynecologist to ensure u can start working out n wat kind too. All d best.

I just want to add, breastfeeding is extremely gud n till ur breastfeeding u'll not put on much wait but all u hav to do is take gud care of ur diet coz u'll b feeding n excerising. Go slow with d workout incase ur gyne says ur good to go. Don't get exhausted. Build slow n gradually increase d intensity. God bless.
