please suggest something to reduce tummy after delivery

Hi Shivani, have luke warm lemon water early in the morning. Do some yoga and other exercises it will help. Make a diet plan and avoid starchy foids like rice , potato , ghee, butter, sweets.

Hi dear I was also facing same problem after my first delivery.. that time I followed strict diet plan increased fiber in my diet lots of water consumption... normal water not refrigerated ... strict no to ice creams at least for 10 months ... salad is must for me... also if possible you can do some exercises ... I didn't do because I am a sort of person who is little lazy in doing exercises... alternatively I opted for everyday suryanamaskar .... I found it comparatively easy and morning walk... if possible eat small meals after every 3 hours..

If you delivered recently to better not to do anything till 6 months. After 6 months u can go wd brisk walking. Exercise n diet should b followed after 1 year as that can effect ur feeding process if u r a breast feeding mother
