hi karthika.. I have started with wheat porridge and banana porridge and now started to give raging porridge. and let your son have as much as BM he wants and if that is not sufficient you try some other way to feed lactogen.. iffy you are feeding by bottle change that and feed by spoon that is little tiresome but your baby will have it as he is taking his food in the same way.. just try it.

hi sugam.. yes I feed her only once in a day and slowly will increase the count. for wheat porridge you have to get broken wheat and soak it in water for one hour.. when it is soaked it becomes mushy just grind it in mixer n sieve it. you will get the wheat milk and then add some jaggery for sweetness. boil the mixture until it becomes thick. for banana porridge take raw plantain and thinly slice it. keep it under sun for three four days until it becomes crispy like chips. den grind it in mixer and sieve the powder. only take the fine powder. this powder is instant one you can add it in water and boil it till it becomes thick for sweetness add jaggery or crystal sugar. hope this helps you.
