it is my second pregnancy .I m 6 weeks pregnent and over weight. how I can control my weight.

U should not control ur weight during pregnancy.. But u can avoid rice, carbs, fried foods, lesser sugar. U can hv lots of fruits n veggies, nuts, sprouts, leafy veggies . So tat overweight related issues lik diabetes, thyrpid, bp, pre eclampcia, etc does not occur at pregnancy... Hv frequently small meals wid less oil n fat... Avoid tea or coffee in excess. Speak to ur doctor on ur diet..

Hi Bharti, how come you know that you are overweight? your gynecologist has told you or you are assuming. Consume less oily and fatty foods. Better you should consult your dietician.
