can I give salt and suagr to my 61/2 month old child

you can give very very little bit ... pinch of salt.. pinch means for ur finger just touching (for ur finger 2 or 3 salt)only in food like cereals etc... sugar or Jagger ½ tsp in food or with milk... that's it.. don't give more than this up to 1 year.. good to consult pediatrics

no salt or sugar before one year. after that start jaggery or brown sugar. no polished cereals to be fed. honey and citrus fruits are also not advisable. no cow milk , curd or ghee. only buffalo milk other than bf or formula milk. it is richer in protein, iron etc. no packed food not even biscuits or the food that contains baking soda shud be avoided till 5 yrs. no junk food or food with preservatives. only homemade food to be fed. no chilli till 18months.

bahot problem hai isme. my pediatrician also advised not to give salt n suger but family members dete hi h. upr s koi b dr ki baat Maan be Ko tyar ni. yaha bada problem ho jata h Na Mano to family Ko issue aur unki baat maano to Dil m ghabrahat Hoti for own baby.

salt ,sugar aur maida ko ayurved me safed zeher kehte hain. agar humlog 25years k baad salt and sugar chod dein to body jaldi degrade nai hoti. main ek lady se mili thi vo thi 62 ki with grand children and still looking 30years old. no wrinkles and no white hair. agar itni nuksaan karne wali cheez hai salt aur sugar to hum apne bachchon ko kyu na aj se hi is buri aadat se dur rakhkhein. aur ek saal ki hi to baat hai. itna to hum kar hi sakte hain. doctor isliye mana karte hain kyunki salt khilaane se kidney par load padta hai. aur aj nai to kal kidney ki problem na ho. fir dialysis ya ki dney transplant k dard se agar ap apne bachchon ko bachaana chaahte hain to convince everyone aur zarurat pade to lad jaaiye... unke bhavishya aur swasthya ki chinta hai to.... aur puraane samay me khilaaya jata tha... kyunki us waqt knowledge nai thi... ab jaan k bi kya aag me dhaakel dein hum apne bachchon ko ?? ye kahan ki samajhdaari hai ??

ek saal k baad bachchon me apne ap healthy habbits develope hone lagti hain. us k baad bi kam se kam salt sugar dein. aur doodh me to sugar dein hi nai. bachche doodh peete peete so jaate hain.. to tooth decay ka dar nai hoga. mera beta na buscuit khaata hai, na bread ya bread jaisi koi cheez, na bazaar ka cerelac... sirf ghar ka bana chawal daal, atta halwa, suji halwa, besan halwa, raagi and all without salt and sugar, sometimes I add a pinch salt in five bowls of food, and jaggery or brown sugar or rasins or dates or fruit pulp for sweet flavors. and he loves the food I make for him. bachchon ko na namak ka swaad pta hota hai na cheeni ka... ap jo khilaayenge wahi unki pasand ban jaayegi... ap chaahein to achcha khilaaiye... ya kharaab... (junk food ,chips etc )

maalish k liye koi doctor mana nai karta. khana aur maalish yahi dono bachchon ko nutrients provide karte hain. isi se vo majboot hote hain. na koi meal skip hona chahiye.. na maalish. kam se kam 8times bachche ko feed karaaiye. 8bowls ka target rakh k. aur 8 times maalish. ye mandatory hai. agar us se jyada maalish kar sakein to sone pe suhaaga. and sabse important... har maalish ... nehlaana... ye sab maa ko hi karna chaahiye... touch therapy bachchon par jaadu kaa kaam karti hai. ek maalish 45 minutes se 60 mins tak ki honi chahiye. khana khilaane k aadhe ghante baad maalish aur maalish k ek ghante baad nehlaana. these all are perfect things agar follow kar sakein bachche ka physical and mental development kamaal hoga. saath hi mobile , microwave,wi fi 6 feet ya us se bi dur rakhein. u will see the difference between ur kid and others after he/she will be 5 years old. bachche ko hamesha apne pas sulaaiye.. touch is very important for baby and that of mother.
