hi Aasmi Singh! from 1 to 3 years – 2g of salt a day (0. 8g sodium) is advisable .even vegetables ,formula feed and other food items that u serve has sodium in it. add a pinch only in things like Dal or daliya.. avoid give biscuits, or crackers as these contain lot of salt. too much of salt put load on child's kidneys.. here is a blog u might find useful. Hey! I find this parent blog really interesting. I suggest you have a look too: https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/when-and-how-to-give-salt-to-my-baby/2816?ptref=sa0l000030g0268
