Hi My daughter will turn 2 this April and will be eligible for nursery by June 2015. I am unable to decide whether to opt for ICSE or IGCSE school. Your insights would be helpful.

Hi dear Muskaan!Going tothe details : IB i. e. International Baccalaureate, ICSE I. e. Indian Certificate of secondary Education and IGCSE I. e International General Certificate of Secondary Education. IB is an internationally recognized course of study for 11 th and 12th graders. It is a diploma and those who complete this program can get admission in any college or university in the world. ICSE on the other hand is conducted by Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations for class 10 th students. IGSCE is a globally recognised qualification taken at class 10 level. A student who passes IGSCE is eligible for any +2 level qualification like CBSE,ICSE or any international pre university Programme. it has worldwide status and credibility. in India it is conducted by two assessment bodies EDexcel and CIE. If you want your child to pursue education in any other country at +2 or univeristy level u cud go in for IB or IGCSE. hope this will answer yr q!
