Season change illness

7 to 11 years

Hi Fellow mommies,    my child is falling ill very frequently. Some one suggested this could be frequent season change ..or vitamin c deficiency .   Suggest some tips for food or items which i should include everyday in the diet. have started giving dahi everyday now.

ensure you include atleast two fruits everyday and salad. vit c definatkey plays imp role in immunity ..you could include oranage or a glass of lime water.

citrus fruit one everyday is a must. dairy products like dahi , cheese, panner include some portion

geetika, you can start the child on a vitamin c supplement as well. your paediatrician will be able to guide you. also give vitamin D sachets.

Hi geetika, if your child is not allergic to citurs fruits, you could give her fresh fruit juice such as orange juice, mausambi juice, or even grapes. they are tasty to drink and healthy too.

Amla contains high amount of vitamin c, which is nt destroyed even after cooking, so u cn include amla murraba or amla candy or tangy amla achar..

pls give 1boiled egg regulary with out fail by that he/she can gain immunity. so that he will not fall ill. Daily 1 boiled egg and 1 glass of Milk will help the children lit.

honey +ginger ras 1 spoon .tulsi drops with honey alternate to prevent from frequent illness. guava after lunch half or 1. i m doing sooo

dahi shd not be given to infants..... thandi hoti ha .....u can take tulsi leaves in ur tea .... if u r a feeding mom
