hi.. you can start with moong dal water with required salt. make sure it's just clear water. carry on for a week... then later rice water for wk n so on... cow milk can be started by diluting it with water. 3 portions of water to 1 portion of milk. after two weeks n more.... u can increase milk n decrease water. PS. don't start everything altogether. take tiny steps in developing the lil one's food habits. thanks

Hi navrati, firstly before starting any food for baby better to consult pedc and get food chart. Regarding cow milk is better to wait till your baby turns one year.

Daliya should not be started so early, Stick to basic food first. But as you asked about then-I am giving salty daliya presently. Whenever I give sweet daliya I put my breast milk in it. As my son is 7m, he don't sit so daliya is basically made runny after grinding in mixer. Kheer I never tried in lunch and dinner. During first food ceremony I gave him Kheer, which was of brown rice and my breast milk. [Remember breast milk should not be heated. So kheer was basically avoided it till date. ] *Navrati it will be much better for your baby if you consult pedc before starting anything.
