Severe gasteric and itching problem

Hi am nirmala. Am having three months baby.. Caesarean done for me.... am suffering from severe gasteric problem ...feeling choking at throat... not able to sleep.... As well as feeling itching at my shoulder,neck,face. legs,back... blackish dots showing... using antibacterial soap for bath.... but its itching problem really irrating for me... after caesarean often suffering from health issue. its my itching will spread to my baby? Baby too often suffered from stomach pain n gasteric problem.. It's my gasteric problem disturbing her?please anyone suggest me solution to get relieve from soon?
