hi,I use only coconut oil for ma 6 months old baby as other things does not suits him n secondly its extra virgin coconut oil... well first check what suits ur baby n do not do much trial n error as any sort if skin irritation would affect baby as summers approaching, stick to one thing at a time only.

hi supriya... ya homemade butter is definitely the best... but I would recommend virgin coconut oil fr the summer months... greasier oils r said to cause skin darkening during summer months..... still further u could probably observe ur babys skin n then take a call ....

hi Supriya! i don't see any issue massaging with homemade butter. monitor your baby's skin , as far as it suits your baby , it shouldn't be a cause of worry.
