skin pigmentation

My baby is 24days old.. he has skin pigmentation(small white bumps with pus) on her face from birth. At birth time there is 4-5 white bumps but now it's all over on his face and it continuely increasing. I am so much worried about it. please guide me on this.

no worries at all. the white spots are absolutely normal and will go away in about 2-3 months. they come and go. these are due to mothers hormones which baby gets.. my baby had also got these which increased and completely disappeared on its own. just keep good face and neck clean. after every feed clean with cotton dipped in cooled boiled water.. :-)
