my 2-10 months son suffering from skin rashes they are red in color n small spots ...how to treat them what care should I take??

There are several reasons it could occur. As a home remedy you could use coconut oil with camphor and apply on the red spots. Also try and keep the skin dry. If it still continues you could see a good dermatologists.
