hello parents! according to you, ideally speaking what time a 5 year old should sleep and what should be her wake up time? does number of sleep hours in a day affects a child's growth?

8 to 10 hrs of sleep is sufficient

I think for the kind of physical energy they exert, minimum 9hrs night sleep is essential for them to be back on their toes next morning.
