Sleep pattern

Hi Anjana, please try to find out the cause of her this pattern. Is she teething, is there some sort of discomfort in her stomach.

No thanisha she s alright n all aspects im giving breast milk over the ngt whren she wake up. i m thinking whether due tohunger she s waking shall i try one time bottle feedijng in the ngt

Hi anjana, 1. ensure that your child does not sleep more than 2-2. 5 hrs in the daytime. 2. Ensure she has her dinner atleast 2 hrs before going to sleep. 3. Check the atmosphere -softness of her bed. ,the AC temp. 27 degrees is ideal. ensure that you are not overdressed her while she sleeps. if she is sweating after 2-3 hours of sleep. .that means she is overdressed. 4. Put her into diaper the moment she is sleep Change the diaper atleast once at night's that she does not feel wet and wakes up. 5. Start bottle feeding while she is asleep. Ensure bottle feeding every 2-3 hours of night sleep. put a alarm for urself. thus u wake up before the baby awakes and give her feed. So she will not wake up due to hunger or thirst. 6. keep the room dark n silent .may be just a night lamp. 7. ensure that she is awake for atleast 5-6 hours before her night sleep so that she has a sound sleep... distract her by showing her TV at loud volume, noisy toys.. if she is sleepy in between these 5 hours
