Sleep pattern

My son is 2 yrs old. His sleep pattern has changed And he sleeps in mrng around 4. 30 and gets up in aftrnoon around 1. 30 . He skips his breakfast and lunch time too. Plz suggest how do i make a proper sleep pattern for my son

Hi Aksa , this is somewhat improper sleeping pattern . Make sure that you dine around 8-9 o clock in the evening and switch off all the lights , you also sleep with him so he could start understanding that it's bedtime. Switching off the lights will help him to associate it with night. Wake him up early in the morning . Otherwise it will be problematic for you when he starts going school..

If it is so Aksha then don't let him sleep during day time for a week at least , take him outside home to the park or anywhere at sleeping time. Make him sleep by 9-10 at night and at 7 o'clock in the morning wake him up by any means like switching on the lights , playing mantras or rhymes . Then don't let him sleep again , keep him engaged in activities like in games or make him work with you. Keep talking and taking him to carry and fetch things.
