aap bacchey ke din mai feeding sessions par batey karey taki woh active rahey, lekin raat mai distractions kam rakhey.. taki jaldi aur der tak so jaye. is blog ko padhiye issey aapko madad milegi. make the sleeping environment little darker n let there be silence.. make him understand that darkroom is for sleep.. swaddle n make him feel the warmth.. that is wat I do for my baby.. he sleeps well..

Hi Priyanka. My baby turned 2 months on 7th January. And in his 1 month, i faced the same issue. Lot of them told me to keep him awake during the day so that he sleep during the night but it came to a point that he neither slept during the day nor night and he hardly slept for lesser than 10 hours. But if the weight gain is good, then please don't worry!!! Sleep patterns will keep changing in babies. Mostly after 3 Months, they will sleep for longer and mostly during nights. Also one small tip which helped my baby with better sleep pattern past few days is, I give him a warm sponge bath at around 7pm, feed him and put him to sleep. This will soothe them and help them sleep better (Worked for me) Make this a routine and he will get accustomed to it :)
