my daughter likes sleeping in cradle mostly... how to reduce it and make her to sleep beside me on bed...

Hi Nalini you could try to lay her down beside you once she has fallen asleep in the cradle. When she wakes up she would find you beside her and would know that she is still comfortable beside you couple of times. Just trial n error. Check out if its worth a trial.
