I am nt able to sleep on either side... i feel comfortable sleeping straight on my back.. i try to sleep on my left side but when i wake i always get u sleeping straight on my back... will there be any problem to my baby bcz of my sleeping position... i m 24+1 weeks today

Hi Neha, try to sleep on left use pillow on your sides and sleep.

hi neha sleeping on UR back reduces UR blood flow which is very unhealthy for u n baby ,try to sleep at UR sides.

if u want to sleep in bak.. kip a pillow at bak.. such that u make 50 degree angle.. like slant postiion! slepin fo 15 min on bak is fyn.... else slantin postiion does not cause ne harm
