sleeping problem

hai my baby is in her third month.. she wnt sleep for long.. she sleeps. till i hold her in my hands and wakes up after 3-4 mnts i put her on bed.. she starts crying bcz of the disrupted sleep. again I have to put her into sleep... this repeats many times a day... what can I do ? I am really worried about it..

when your baby has slept put baby n cradle rather than bed.... so that you can move the cradle n they will get the feeling like swaddling....
