How to make my 6month old daughter to eat solid foods? She is not even opening her mouth sometimes if she is not interested

wait for sometime... as same thing happened with my daughter whenever I tried to feed her something she tight her lips and sometimes cried a loud but I never give up ...I feed her with my finger thinking that may be she afraid of a spoon she ate only 1-3 times at a time... but I gave her different different food like ceralac dalia suji kheer.. when she was 7 nd half month she starts eating with spoon and everything is fine...
