Solid food

Hi Momies I introduced solid food to my LO a few days before 6 months... a week later I noticed hard stool though she looks comfortable. She is currently on banana (9:30am) green chilka dal with rice water (2:00pm) and yellow moong dal pani at 7:00pm rest of the time she is on breastfeed. I dropped banana this morning to check if that’s the culprit what can I add or undo to ensure the stool is normal and she is not constipated. Also she will be 6months next week can I start giving water too? I haven’t done that yet May be that could be the reason of hard stool? Little concerned and worried.. please share your suggestions .. thanks

Sheetal Bajaj ! ideally it's advisbale to start with semi solid once yr baby is 6 month old but since u have done that already ,please avoid giving water as yr breastfeed already contains water. start with Dal and rice water, khichri, sabudana, ragi, fruits puree like apple,papaya, kiwi, cheeku etc.. here is a blog u might find useful!Hey!
