speaking of child

My elder child who is 2ywars and 11months old is not able to speak meaningful sentences. Although he can speak A to Z and 1 to 20on being asked. He can recite few rhymes and copy TV Ads and songs. My only concern is his speaking. Can someone give expert opinion.
