hii my son is now 1 year 11 month .but still he does not speak a word not a mumma pappa also.. I m trying a lot bt he can't identify also his mumma pappa. but whole days he speaks some unknown words like ttadi ,aaysha ,etc .some music tune he can copy also bt can not sing properly... I m really so much worried ...kindly plzzz help me..

hi Meghna Saha Monti ! does he make an eye contact? does he respond when u call his name? does he play with age mates?

hii mam, sometimes when I call by his name he comes near me bt no usually,,and yes he plays with his age mates. if I want to say something with him he is not interested in.

does he answer yr question? does he make an eye contact? how does he communicate his needs to you??has he been watching too much of videos or games on mobile or TV?

no mam he does not answers what I ask any questions , if he needs something he drag my hands to his destination and make sounds that he wants. Initially he was watching tv too much time but now I reduce slowly. now only his feeding time he watch tv otherwise he won't eat. This bad habit also I am trying to change but I am not able to. so plzzz suggest what shall I do. I m so much worried.

stop understanding his gestures, when tries to communicate without talking.. that might compel him to try other means of communication.. but yes.. don't make him miserable by not listening at all..

sometimes sending child to playschool also makes a change..

My son is 2. 4 years old. He is exactly ditto as yours. Later on he was diagnosed with mild autism and related therapies are going on. I would advise to consult a psychologist at the earliest. The earlier the better

Dear rianka dutta as u told that therapy is going on for your child,is it helpful? From how many days it is going on ? can u get any improvement ? kindly suggest .
