My 6 yr old son say lie to me. He hides things from me. He has became very naughty. As I m a lil strict by nature. I want him to be a discipline child. But whatever I try to teach him everyday, he does the same mistakes everyday. So now I m very tensed about him. My second son is 11 mnts old, so now it's got more difficult for me to handle him. I really need help.

hi Renu Verma ! I can comprehend your concern. it's okay for u to expect him to be disciplined.. but is the child able to accept and adjust to that strict disciplining . if No then he would either lie to u as he has been doing already to defend himself and later retaliate by answering back when he can no longer take it. there is very thin line between being punitive and authoritarian. it advisable to introspect and decide whether the aim is to make him an honest and a happy human being by allowing him to grow at his own pace or to make him strive for success by using any means to get what he wants, even if it means lying, cheating or hurting someone including himself in this deal. Renu please take it easy and let the child progress in his life at a speed he can steer himself comfortably and cheerfully. please go through this blog. hope this helps!Hey!
