Hi Rajat, quality time doesn't have to be extended hours or you don't need to take out special time for it either. Any moment when you are with your child can be made special if you give her undivided attentions for example when dropping them to school, have a stimulating discussion with them (depending on age it could be politics or school or sports); when toddlers, when giving them a bath, enjoy some play time making bubbles, splashing water, or even for example when watching TV, interact and involve yourself with them. All these wil help you bond better with them.

Ask them about their school. Share with them wat u did. Also if they likes to watch television u cud sit with him n do the same. Play some outdoor games. These small gestures would convey the message that u r concerned abt them.

Hi Rajat. It's great that you understand a father's role in child development. In busy lifestyles, dinner can be the perfect time to bond. Make sure that your family eats dinner together and avoid watching TV during the meal. Interact with your children, ask them about their day, share a joke or an interesting fact. Post dinner, your entire family can spend 10-15 minutes playing a game such as scrabble, ludo or anything interactive. These little gestures can make a lot of difference and make your children feel valued. Cheers.
