Hi mommies... my girl is one year old... can I start spicy foods... and what kind of foods can I introduce to her.

Hi.. slowly n gradually add spices to her regular meals... like u may add little bit jeera.. garlic gingrr paste.. Kali or hari mirch but never red chilly to her khichdi... daal soup or sabzi.

hey christina plz wait for few more months for spice as u can add jeera n whole pepper nit crudhed one n even garluc n ajwain and mo chillies plz after 2 gv every thing

Hey!you can strt giving your regular meal which you prepare daily with less gravy or add some water In it... i strtd after his birthday and he enjoys thika n chatpata

u can Start adding Lil spice.. pepper is gud than chilli powder... give sambar, sabzi with ghee..
