Stools for 7 months Baby !!

We started Cerelac, rice water, Moong Daal water, Suji and Apple puree for 7 months old for my Baby along with Breastfeeding For last 3 days he is not passing any Stools ,What should we do?? Is it normal or is there any conceptions that we started His Diet chart ?

hi mommy's my 7 months old baby girl's wt is 6. 70 gms only how can we make her gain enough wt. she was of 3 kg at the time of birth
