please need suggestions and help to handle a 3 yrs old stubborn kid who is a boy. we can't shout at him even can't beat. no more patience to handle please help how to handle. he is doing total opposite whatever we say.

hi Rayaprolu! please take a break of half an hour in a day and do whatever u enjoy doing and pamper yourself.. do reverse counting whenever u feel angry or try yoga and other relaxation exercises.. tell yourself u will not shout on ur child as that would make him more adamant and seek negative attention further. avoid saying NO to all his demands and offer alternatives by making him sit, looking into his eyes and suggest alternatives. here's a blog on how to discipline ur child .
