hi Jasmine Chugh ! please share her diet plan, so that we could suggest u healthier alternatives. try and serve variety. make meal time fun time. also make sure the entire family has meals together on dining table. keep her choice in mind. involve her in small chores like plating, garnishing, keeping utensils in sink ,do research on new dishes with her . this would keep her interested and excited to taste new dishes. etc..

u could try pancake, upma, poha, ragi dosa, idli, veg sandwich, pasta, noodles, malai parantha, dal prantha . etc all can be loaded with finely chopped veggies. serve her food on dining table, so that she knows she has to finish fast like everyone else. give one or two reminders in between. make sure she doesn't watch ipad or phone along.. praise her when she finishes in time.
