study nd concentration

My kid is 6years nd 9th months .He is not having interest in study but he is very sharp mind. Now a days he is taking very interest in chess also very good in football nd cricket. But in school he is going to tell lie to Mam that he has no copy or book .very worried what to do .Mam gave me notice for his conclling. His handwriting is going bad day by day in school .But at home he write very well .Please help me.
