hi Dolly Pandey! how r u! it's time that a responsible figure or the head of the family whom he considers his ideal, has some serious discussion with him wherein he is told about the importance of regular studying and short term goals are set . also he is helped with setting up a routine, his daywise performance is taken note of. he is given timed test papers , which are checked and he does corrections immediately. please ensure Raja revises his school work everyday. his efforts are appreciated and he is praised and rewarded. hug him often, stroke his hair, kiss on his forehead, spend forty five minutes to one hour time with him listening to whatever he has to say. Dolly u need to involve yourself but make sure Raja doesn't feel he is being nagged . the motivation should come from within which will happen if he realizes the importance of studies and he knows his people care about him and are concerned about his performance. this will happen when u connect better with him. hope this will be of help to u.
